I hope they end up in jail before they start up another business and do the same thing again. In case you were one of the folks that got "stuck"...the company was owned by R A Pernell LLC which was owned by Brian W Pernell, address unknown...somewhere around Dunedin, Fla. Wooden Creek went “out of business” after taking a lot of folks $$ and never delivering what was paid for.
